慶慶應義塾大学法学部卒業。慶應婦人三田会会長。
新生社（現・株式会社味の手帖）「味の手帖」にて、社長秘書兼ライターとして従事。オフィス飯野にて『ゴルフトゥディ』副編集長業務、および博報堂（7年間）、永谷園（10年間）でのアドバイザー業務を歴任。
東京サバティーニインテレスト取締役副社長として、レストラン等の経営、飲食品・雑貨等の輸出入および販売に従事。その後、チーズケーキファクトリーを買収した株式会社スマイルスウィーツ取締役副社長を歴任し、著名料理人とのコラボレーションスイーツの企画・販売に携わる。その後、売却先の株式会社ラックバッググループほか複数社にて顧問を務める。
国際基督教大学（ICU）教養学部国際関係学科卒業。
外資系グローバル投資銀行、グローバル人材テクノロジー企業での経験を経て、海外PR・通訳・翻訳領域を中心に、グローバル展開を見据えたコミュニケーション支援に従事。実用英語技能検定1級。現在も複数社の顧問を務める。
